1. How do I sign up for TWB's Membership Reward program?
You’re automatically registered in our customer list with the phone number/email address you provided when placing an order.
2. How do I use my store credits?
Step 1 - Log In: Log in at our main page via a verification code sent to your number
Step 2 - Add to Cart: Select your items and proceed to checkout
Step 3 - At Checkout: Choose “Store Credit” and enter the amount you’d like to apply.
Step 4 - Pay the Balance: If your credits don’t cover the full order, return to the previous page and pay the remaining balance via PayNow.
3. How do I check my store credits balance?
Step 1: Visit our website at take.app/thewholebunchsg
Step 2: Log in using your phone number with the verification code sent to your number
Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your past orders and store credit balance
For our returning customers, your store credits have already been credited based on your past orders with us. Kindly log in to view your balance and redeem the eligibile store credits for your next order with us!
4: When will my store credits be added?
Your store credits will be added a few days after your order has been marked as completed and fulfilled. You can log in anytime to check your current balance.
