1. How do I order?
We’re a small home-based bakery that bakes in limited batches from Thursday to Saturday. Orders are on a preorder basis.

2. When’s the order cut-off each week?
Pre-orders open monthly on the 1st at 12PM. Weekly pre-orders will be closed on Tuesdays, 11:59PM or earlier if sold out.

3. When will my order be delivered or ready for pickup?
Deliveries:
📦 Thursday & Friday — between 11am to 3pm

Self-pickup at Tampines St 71, 520721:
📍 Thursday & Friday — 6PM to 8PM
📍 Saturday — 10AM to 12PM

You can choose your preferred pickup time during checkout.

4. How much is delivery?
Delivery ranges from $8–$10, depending on your distance from us (Tampines St 71, 520721). Your fee will be auto-calculated at checkout.

5. When is the banana loaf baked?
All our banana loaves are made to order — baked fresh a day before your scheduled delivery or pickup day to ensure you get them at their best.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?
Sorry, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds once payment is made.
