Q: What materials do you use for your clay jewelry?
A: We use premium polymer clay and air-dry clay, including selected materials imported from Belgium and Germany. Each piece is handmade in small batches.
Q: What materials do you use for studs, hooks and charms?
A: We focus on using stainless steel components for our jewelry wherever possible, including studs, hooks, connectors and charms.
Q: Do you offer hypoallergenic earrings?
A: Yes! Selected designs, especially our air-dry clay earrings, are available with plastic hypoallergenic studs or hooks. They are a great alternative for customers with sensitive ears. We also have lightweight designs suitable for younger jewelry lovers, generally from around 7 years old with adult supervision.
Q: I don't have pierced ears. Can I still wear your earrings?
A: Absolutely! 💛 Many of our designs are also available as clip-on earrings. Look for the clip-on option on the product tag or contact us if you would like to know whether a particular design can be converted.
Q: Are all pieces exactly the same as the photos?
A: No — and that's part of handmade. 🌿Small variations in color, pattern, shape and texture can occur from piece to piece, meaning no two handmade pieces will be exactly alike. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
Q: Are your earrings heavy?
A: No. Most of our clay earrings are designed to be lightweight, small size and comfortable. You'll find the approximate weight and dimensions listed in each product description.
Q: Are the earrings waterproof?
A: Yes, for the Polymer clay, but not for the air-dry clay; however we recommend do not wearing your jewelry while showering or swimming. Avoid perfume, chemicals and prolonged exposure to water to help protect the metal components and keep your jewelry looking its best.
Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: Store your jewelry somewhere clean and dry. Clean gently with a wet tissue when needed and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Please handle handmade clay pieces gently and avoid bending or squeezing them.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: As every order goes through a quality check before shipping, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. An uncut unboxing video showing the original sealed package being opened is required for us to review the claim.
Q: Do you ship outside Bali?
A: Yes! We accept both local and international orders. Shipping options and costs depend on your location and order.
Q: Do you accept wholesale or consignment?
A: Yes! We are open to wholesale, consignment, retail partnerships, custom/bulk orders, corporate gifts and collaborations. For business inquiries, please include your business name, location, products you're interested in and approximate quantity so we can assist you faster.
