1. Exchange Policy
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges Only: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
Eligibility:
Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Item must be in resellable condition.
You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number).
Exchange Reasons Accepted:
Faulty or damaged items upon delivery or collection.
Incorrect item received.
Note: We do not exchange items damaged due to misuse or neglect.
2. Delivery Policy
Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide across South Africa via trusted couriers.
Delivery Fee:
A standard delivery fee applies and is calculated at checkout.
Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on qualifying orders.
Responsibility:
Once your order has been handed to the courier, we will provide tracking details.
Tech2Buddy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Bank deposit
Cash (for pop-up sales only)
Mobile payments (e.g. Capitec Pay, SnapScan, etc. – if supported)
Payment Confirmation:
Orders are only processed once payment reflects in our account.
For EFTs, please send proof of payment to our WhatsApp or email.
4. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
In the event of a stock issue, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or issue a store credit.
5. Warranty (If Applicable)
Certain items may come with a limited 7- to 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
This does not cover damage caused by accidents, water, improper use, or wear and tear.
