1. Do you offer refunds?
No. We only accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. No refunds are given under any circumstances.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
3. Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide using trusted courier services.
4. How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee depends on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for qualifying orders.
5. What payment methods do you accept?

9. Do your products come with a warranty?
Some items may come with a limited warranty (7 to 30 days) for factory faults. This does not cover damage caused by water, misuse, or wear and tear.
