Orders
Order by 9pm for next-day delivery. Once the cut-off passes, we're unable to accept new orders or amendments for that session. Place your order early to avoid missing out.

Payment
All orders are prepaid via PayNow through our ordering platform. We do not accept cash or on-the-spot payments. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received.
Delivery
Delivery is $15 islandwide. Orders above $120 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery is between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. We'll send you a reminder a few hours before your delivery.

Replacements
We stand behind every box we pack. If you receive durian that does not meet a reasonable standard — visibly bad flesh, wrong variety, or significantly underweight — let us know within 2 hours of receiving your order. We will make it right with your next order. We do not offer cash refunds. We do not accept returns on the basis of personal taste preference.

All durian is packed fresh on the day of delivery. We do quality checks before packing and carry spares for on-the-spot swaps. We sell durian without husk — what you receive is ready to eat.
