When can I place an order?
Order by 9pm for next-day delivery. Once the 9pm cut-off passes, your order will be scheduled for the following day.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation once your PayNow payment goes through. No payment, no confirmation — if you don't see it, check your payment first.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
We're unable to accommodate amendments or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before paying.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Order what you need.

Yes, islandwide.
What time is delivery?
Delivery is between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. We'll send you a reminder a few hours before.
How much does delivery cost?
$15 islandwide. Free for orders $120 and above.
What if nobody is home?
Please make sure someone is home during the delivery window. If you're unavailable, WhatsApp us as early as possible and we'll work something out.

Do you sell durian with husk?
No. All durian is sold without husk — packed, fresh, and ready to eat.
What if my durian is bad?
Let us know within 2 hours of receiving your order. If it genuinely doesn't meet a reasonable standard — bad flesh, wrong variety, significantly underweight — we'll make it right with your next order. We don't offer refunds for personal taste preference.
How fresh is the durian?
Packed fresh on the day of delivery. We do quality checks before packing.
