SL Market Policy



1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time (South Africa)
• Main areas: 2–5 working days
• Outlying areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery Partners
We use trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy and Paxi.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over R6,000 qualify for free shipping.



2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Conditions
You may return a product within 7 days of receiving it if:
• It is unworn, unused, and unopened
• It is in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
• Opened or used fragrances
• Final sale items

Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed based on stock availability. Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer unless the item was defective.

How to Request a Return

3. Lay-By Policy
• Lay-bys are available only at original prices (not on sale or discounted items).
• Lay-by cancellations are subject to a 30% fee, regardless of how much has been paid. This covers administrative costs and losses from reserving the item, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
• You have 3 months to complete your lay-by. After that, the order is cancelled and the 30% fee still applies.
• Colour selection is not guaranteed; it’s based on stock availability at the time of completion.
• You cannot switch to a higher-priced model unless the current lay-by is fully paid.
• You’re welcome to complete your lay-by earlier than the 3-month deadline.
• The lay-by period starts 24 hours after the first payment.
• SL Market reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.



4. Warranty Policy for Devices

All devices purchased from SL Market come with a 3-month limited warranty covering:
• Battery
• Camera
• Audio
• Software
• Network

If any issue arises within 7 days of purchase, you may:
• Return the device for repair
• Request an exchange
• Request a model swap

Please Note
We do not offer refunds for devices. Only repairs or exchanges are available.



5. Refund Policy

Service Fee
All refunds are subject to a 5–15% service fee, depending on the item and payment method used.

Refund Processing Time
Refunds take 14–30 working days from the date we receive and approve your return.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

Eligibility
Only eligible refunds will be processed. Items must meet our return criteria to qualify.

We collect only the information needed to process your order, communicate with you, and improve your experience. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
