1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days for main areas in South Africa. Outlying areas may take up to 7 working days. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.
2. Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Not at the moment. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days before shipping.
3. How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. Orders over R6,000 qualify for free delivery.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery as long as they are:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unopened
• In the original packaging
5. What items can’t be returned?
• Opened or used fragrances
• Items marked as final sale
• Products not in resaleable condition
6. How do I request a return or exchange?
Email us at mabasaripfumelo80@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
7. How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14–30 working days after we receive and inspect your return. A 5–15% service fee applies to all refunds.
8. Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only deliver within South Africa.
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or I received the wrong product?
Contact us immediately at info@slmarket.co.za with clear photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll try to assist. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
