Mini Star has been serving their well known Stinky Tofu (also known as Chou Dou Fu) for over 20 years, establishing a reputation as one of the most adventurous restaurant food, smelly yet tasty. Established on 8 December 1997, where Mini Star was founded by Mr Ong known as Xing Zai (星仔) at Chinatown Hawker Centre. They have since relocated to the heart of Geylang, one of the most vibrant food scenes in Singapore, serving Hong Kong cuisine to the adventurous gourmets by honouring traditional preparation techniques, with each of its dishes handcrafted by the owner.
