At RubbiiMall, we aim to provide quality products and reliable service. This Return and Refund Policy explains when customers may request a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

You may request a return if you receive:

● The wrong product.
● A product that is materially different from the description provided on our store.

- Clear photographs or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product, where possible.

4. 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Products must generally be returned in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, labels, and any included documentation. Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without the required information may not qualify for a return or refund.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, personalization, or other applicable restrictions. Our team will inform you if any special conditions apply.

5. 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return the product. Please do not send a product back before receiving instructions from our customer support team.

Depending on the circumstances, RubbiiMall may arrange collection or ask you to return the product through an agreed delivery method. Return delivery costs may be covered by RubbiiMall where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If the return is for another reason, the customer may be responsible for the applicable delivery costs.

6. 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Where possible, we may offer an exchange or replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution or refund.

7. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after we review the returned product or confirm the reported issue. Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another method agreed with the customer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be arranged through a suitable method agreed with the customer. Mobile Money refunds will only be sent to a verified number provided by the customer.

8. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method, delivery arrangements, and the time required to inspect the product. We will communicate with you once your refund has been approved and processed.

9. 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

You may request cancellation before the delivery person sets off to deliver your order. Once delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible. If an order has already been delivered, the return conditions in this policy will apply.

Customers should provide a reachable phone number and be available to receive their orders. If a customer is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required. Failure to receive an order without contacting RubbiiMall may affect eligibility for cancellation or refund.

To request a return, exchange, replacement, or refund, contact our customer support team through the phone number, WhatsApp, or other contact options displayed on our online store. Please include your order details and explain the issue clearly.

RubbiiMall will review each request fairly and communicate the available resolution.
