Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Non-returnable items
Items under promotion, sale, bundle deals, or clearance category are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging are strictly not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of whether they are defective or not.

2. Eligible return conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Returned within 15 days from the date of delivery
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging with all tags intact
In the same condition as received

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photo evidence. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Return methods
Customers may return eligible items via the following methods:

a) Mail / Courier return
Please contact our customer service to initiate a return. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

b) In-person return (Office drop-off)
Customers may also return eligible items in person at our office during business hours. Please ensure you bring your order confirmation and that the item meets all return eligibility requirements. We recommend contacting us in advance before visiting to confirm your return request.

5. Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & exchanges
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit (depending on the situation or your preference).
Exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability.
