Yes, most of our socks are unisex unless specifically labeled otherwise.

For best results, wash in cold water and air dry. Avoid bleach and high-heat drying to maintain shape and elasticity.

At RTZ SOX, we carefully select only high-quality and comfortable socks for our store.

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Q6: How are orders delivered within Singapore?
We use SingPost to deliver all orders within Singapore, ensuring reliable and timely fulfillment.
ℹ️ For your information, if your parcel is small, SingPost may place it directly in your letterbox for convenient delivery.
Q7: Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. Once we expand to other countries, we’ll make an announcement to our community.

with your order number and photos/videos of the defect. We’ll assist you with a replacement.
(For hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, unless defective.)
