We do not offer cash refunds for changes of mind. If you are not completely happy with your item, we are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit for the full purchase price within 7 days of collection.
1. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with a photo of the item. We will arrange an immediate replacement or solution at our cost.
