How Delivery Works
Delivery via PUDO/The Courier Guy Locker-to-Locker
We use the PUDO smart locker service to provide secure and affordable delivery throughout KwaZulu-Natal and Nationwide.
1. How to Select Your Locker?
For KZN Residents: We have simplified the process by grouping lockers by region. At checkout, select your specific area (e.g., Durban South, North Coast, Midlands, etc.). A dropdown menu will then appear showing only the available lockers in that specific part of KZN.
For National Orders (Outside KZN): Use the clickable link in the delivery section to find your nearest locker on the Official PUDO Map. Copy the exact locker name and paste it into the required text field.
2. Shipping Costs & Times
Flat Rate: R60 per locker-to-locker shipment (KZN & National).
Processing: Orders are packed and dropped off at our local locker within 24–48 hours.
Transit Time: Delivery within KZN usually takes 1–3 business days. National deliveries usually take 3–5 business days.
3. Receiving Your Parcel (Crucial!)
The PIN: Once your parcel arrives at your chosen locker, PUDO will send a PIN and QR code to your phone via SMS or WhatsApp.
Collection Window: You have 36 hours to collect your parcel from the moment you receive the PIN.
Expirations: If you do not collect it within 36 hours, the parcel will be picked up by The Courier Guy and taken to their nearest depot. Re-delivery or collection from the depot may incur additional costs.
4. Tracking
Once your order is packed, your Waybill Number will be added to your digital invoice. You can track your parcel's progress at any time by clicking the tracking link on your invoice or by entering the number manually into the PUDO Tracking Portal.
