Our cooler bag and ice packs will help keep it chilled for up to 3 hours. Please refrigerate it as soon as possible after delivery.
Our signature cheesecake has a creamy, molten centre, a lightly caramelised top and our signature soft sponge cake base.
Every cake is handmade, so the colour and caramelisation on top may vary slightly from cake to cake.
We use less sugar than many traditional cheesecakes, allowing the creamy cheesecake flavour to come through.
If you would like to try it first, complimentary samples are available at our shop during opening hours.
Our cheesecake is 7 inches and is sold as a whole cake. It can be comfortably cut into about 8 slices for sharing.
Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
For the best flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying it within 3–5 days.
