At Pioneer Pizza, we’re committed to serving great pie with great service. To ensure the best experience for everyone & yes every experience counts! please review our store policies:
🔸 Orders & Pricing
• Half & Half pizzas are priced based on the higher-value side.
• Please double-check your order before placing
• Orders will be put on hold until a customer rep responds to you or will be cancelled if placed incorrectly.

• Prices and specials are subject to change without notice.

🔸 Refunds & Replacements
• If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it right away.
• Any issues must be reported within 10 minutes of receiving final product
• Refunds are not offered after food has been consumed unless there is a quality concern or have pass the 10 minutes window

🔸 Pick-Up & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimates especially on weekends and may vary due to traffic , delivery load or weather.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery promptly to avoid keeping back driver towards other routes

🔸 Respect Policy
• We kindly ask that all customers treat our staff with respect.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for abusive behavior & misconduct in our physical store front.
