Open your browser search for www.Pioneerpizzaskn.com browse the menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

2️⃣ How do I order a Half & Half pizza?
Select the higher-priced pizza option first (example: choose Supreme if doing Half Pepperoni / Half Supreme), then write your half instructions in the comment section before checkout.

3️⃣ Can I customize my pizza?
Yes! Use the add/remove toppings option and leave special instructions in the notes section but you will have to select the substitution option that fits the size of pie.

4️⃣ What payment methods are accepted?
Payment options available will be shown at checkout (cash on delivery or other available methods on the app).

5️⃣ How long does delivery take?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, and order volume.

6️⃣ Can I schedule an order for pick up ?
If the website allows scheduled orders, you can select your preferred time at checkout.

7️⃣ What if there’s an issue with my order?
Please contact Pioneer Pizza immediately. Issues must be reported within 10min of receiving your order.

8️⃣ Why is my Half & Half pizza priced higher?
Half & Half pizzas are priced based on the higher-value side.

9️⃣ Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins. Once the kitchen starts preparing your order, cancellations may not be possible.
