- Best eaten fresh and toasted! - To reheat: Spritz slices with some water, and toast in the oven at 180°C for 5-8 mins. - Keep sliced loaf at room temp in a paper bag / bread box / under a clean kitchen towel for ~2-3 days. - For longer storage, slice and freeze in an airtight bag.
