Hi there! We bake naturally leavened sourdough loaves in small batches, and operate on a preorder basis. Each loaf is freshly baked to order and best enjoyed warm.

How to enjoy your sourdough?

Best eaten fresh and toasted!

Keep sliced loaf at room temp in a paper bag / bread box / under a clean kitchen towel for ~3-5 days.

For longer storage, slice and freeze in an airtight bag.

To reheat: Spritz slices with some water, and toast in the oven at 180°C for 5-8 mins.
