STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
• Our bakes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery and should be consumed within 3 days of receiving them.
• Fresh bakes (such as tarts and pavlovas) are best enjoyed on the same day to maintain their freshness and crisp texture.
Unless otherwise stated, please keep all bakes refrigerated and avoid direct sunlight at all times.
• Cookies should be stored in a cool, dry place. They are best enjoyed within 7 days of opening and have a shelf life of 4 weeks when unopened.
For the best texture and flavour, we recommend following these storage guidelines. We are unable to accept responsibility for products that are not stored or consumed as recommended.

• This promotion is valid for first-time customers with only one redemption per customer is allowed
• A minimum spending of $100 is required to enjoy the promotion
• A valid promo code must be applied at checkout to enjoy 10% off (FIRST10)
• Discount is applicable to regular-priced items only. Not valid on items that are already on promotion, discounted, or part of bundle deals.
• Discount does not apply to delivery fees.
• Promo code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
SELF-COLLECTION
• Self-collection is at BLK 913 HOUGANG ST 91. The full address will be provided via WhatsApp/Email once your order is paid and confirmed. Should you not receive any or have any enquiry, please contact us at +658824 5667
• Changes to collection must be requested at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations are non-refundable.
• Please collect your order on time. Orders not collected within the selected time may be forfeited and are non-refundable. No replacements will be issued.
DELIVERY
• To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your full address clearly, including block, street name, and unit number (if applicable) during checkout.
Incomplete or inaccurate addresses may result in delayed deliveries or forfeited orders with no refunds or replacements.
• Deliveries are made within your selected time slot on your chosen date. Specific delivery time requests may incur additional charges, as routes are planned on the day of delivery.
• Changes to delivery must be requested at least 2 days in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations are non-refundable
• All orders are packed with care and delivered in good condition, with proof of delivery provided. Once an order has been successfully delivered, we are not liable for any damages, missing items, or discrepancies reported thereafter.
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, some factors, such as handling by our third-party delivery partner, are beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order, with your order number and clear photos of the affected item(s). We will review your case and, where appropriate, offer partial compensation at our discretion.
• In the event that our delivery personnel are unable to complete your delivery on the same day due to customer-related reasons, redelivery will not be arranged. No replacements, cancellations, or refunds will be issued for missed deliveries.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable as our bakes are made fresh to order.
Amendment requests are subject to approval and may incur additional charges. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of your order.
