All our bakes are best eaten within 3 days from date of receiving. Except for fresh bakes(Tarts, Pavlovas), best consumed within the day to retain freshness & crispiness of product.

Please keep all bakes refrigerated, unless otherwise stated. Kindly avoid direct sunlight at all times.

Cookies are best consumed within 7 days after opening. Stored in a cool & dry place. Shelf-life: 4 weeks

• This promotion is valid for first-time customers with only one redemption per customer is allowed

• A minimum spending of $100 is required to enjoy the promotion

• Discount is applicable to regular-priced items only. Not valid on items that are already on promotion, discounted, or part of bundle deals.

• Discount does not apply to delivery fees.

SELF-COLLECTION

• An order invoice with full collection details will be sent to you once payment has successfully received. Please check your email/Whatsapp for the invoice. Should you not receive any or have any enquiry, please contact us at +658606 0640

• Changes to collection date & time is discouraged as we prepare your order fresh. If needed, please let us know atleast 2 days in advance - Subject to availability/Cancellation without refunds

• To keep your bakes fresh and fair, uncollected orders or orders not collected within the selected time frame may be released to the next available slot and may be subject to cancellation without refund

DELIVERY

• Free delivery is valid for orders with a minimum spend of $150 in a single receipt. Free delivery applies to one location only, any additional locations will incur extra delivery charges. Not applicable for split deliveries and subject to availability of delivery slots

• Changes to delivery date & time are discouraged as we prepare your order fresh. If needed, please let us know atleast 2 days in advance - Subject to availability/Cancellation without refunds

• All orders are delivered in good condition with proof of delivery. We will not be liable for any damages, refunds or discrepancies reported after receiving the order

• In the event that our delivery personnel are unable to complete your delivery on the same day due to customer-related reasons, redelivery will not be arranged and no refunds will be provided
