FAQ

What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are from 11am to 6pm, Wednesday to Sunday, whilst online orders are open 24/7. If you’re contacting outside these hours, we’ll get back to you the next working day.

We will only be able to accommodate orders by self-collection or delivery based on the availability dates and time upon check-out. However, custom orders outside our operating days could be discussed on case-to-case basis.

Are items in-stock or pre-order?
All our bakes are made fresh upon order to ensure the best quality and taste. As such, we require a minimum of 2 days' lead time, with orders closing daily at 6PM.

Is LèLüLâ halal-certified and trained?
We do not have a Halal certification, however we are a Muslim-owned business. We are WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene (Level 3) and Diploma certified with over a decade years of experience in Culinary & Pastry.

Do you have a physical shop?
We are currently a home-based kitchen, operating via online store.

Is my order confirmed?
Orders are only confirmed after a successful payment received. You should receive an order invoice via Whatsapp or Email indicating your order status. (Note: TakeApp is our online store provider)

Can I request allergy-friendly or dietary-friendly bakes?
Yes, where possible! Please contact us before placing your order, and we'll advise if we can accommodate your request. As all products are prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Custom dietary requests (e.g. eggless) may be subject to an additional charge depending on the order size, ingredients substitution and requirements.

Do you accept large orders, customization or event favours?
Absolutely! We welcome bulk orders, event favours, dessert tables, and corporate orders for various occasions (minimum order applies).

Customisations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

As some ingredients are imported or seasonal, please allow the following lead times from the date full payment is received and your order is confirmed:

2 weeks for standard bulk orders.
3–4 weeks for customised orders.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially during festive periods, as availability is limited
