Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Final

Due to the handcrafted, limited-edition nature of our beaded bags, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, style preference, or ordering the incorrect item. Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


2. Final Sale Items

All items sold by Noelles Label are considered FINAL SALE, including:

Items marked FINAL SALE
Discounted or promotional items
Coupon purchases
Gifted or promotional items

These items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


3. Incorrect or Defective Items (Limited Exceptions)

If you receive an incorrect item (wrong colour, design, or product), you must notify us:

Within 24 hours for local (Jamaica) orders
Within 48 hours for international orders

Include:
Clear photos of the item and original packaging (including shipping box or envelope)
Your order number
Contact details.

Noelles Label reserves the right to approve or deny any claim, particularly if damage appears to have occurred after delivery or due to improper handling.

If a claim is approved, the following remedies may be offered at our discretion:

An exchange or replacement for the correct item (item must be returned unused and in original packaging)
Store credit is valid for 3 months

Refunds are not offered for incorrect or defective items.
Correction of the order will be made via exchange, replacement, or store credit only.



4. Order Cancellation Due to Fulfillment Limitations

In rare cases where Noelles Label is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control, such as unsupported shipping destinations, carrier restrictions, or logistical limitations, the order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued.

This applies only to orders that cannot be fulfilled by Noelles Label and does not apply to customer-initiated cancellations or changes.


5. Shipping Liability

All orders are packaged securely prior to dispatch. Noelles Label is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers once the package leaves our facility.
If carrier-related damage is suspected, customers should notify the carrier promptly. We may assist with claims at our discretion. If packaging appears undamaged upon review, we reserve the right to refuse the claim.


6. Returns & Authorization

Returns are only accepted for approved incorrect-item claims. Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to the sender at their expense. If return shipping is not arranged within 14 days of approval, the item may be considered abandoned.

We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping for all returns.



7. Store Credit Terms

Issued after the return item is received and inspected. Valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts


8. How to Initiate a Claim

Email noelleslabel@gmail.com or WhatsApp 876-510-2194 with:

Full name, order number, email, and contact number
Reason for claim
Supporting photos
Include your order details inside the return package or ensure the original shipping label remains intact.


9. Agreement

By placing an order with Noelle’s Label, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
