Shipping Policy

Made-to-Order Process & Production Time
All Noelles Label bags are made to order. 3–4 weeks (we are actively working to reduce this timeframe).
If you require an item for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability. Once your order is received:

Beads and materials are sourced

You will be notified once the materials arrive

Production begins

Your order is completed and then dispatched



Order Processing
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. Peak periods may require additional processing time.

Get It Sent Courier (Home/Office Delivery) $1000 JMD Same-day or next business day delivery

Get it sent Courier Delivery Cut-Off Areas
St. Catherine: Old Harbour Road, Angels, St. Jago Heights

Kingston & St. Andrew: Papine Square, Stony Hill, Red Hills Square, Harbour View

Deliveries are not available beyond these cut-off points or in volatile/restricted areas.

Important Notice:
Once your package has been dropped off, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier for collection or delivery. Noelles Label is not liable for additional fees, delays, or missed pickups. Any loss or damage must be reported directly to the courier service.



International Shipping (USA, Caribbean & Rest of the World)
We currently ship internationally via FedEx. Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days (shipping time begins once the order is dispatched, not when placed). Shipping rates are calculated by weight and destination. Delivery is also subject to destination and flight availability. If a country is temporarily unable to receive packages, you will be notified. Orders placed from unsupported countries will be cancelled and refunded. International shipping fees are calculated separately and are non-refundable once paid. Delivery timelines may vary based on destination, customs processing, and carrier availability.



Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once they arrive in your country. These charges:

Are not included in the shipping fee

Is it the customer’s responsibility

Are determined by local customs authorities

Noelles Label is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Terms & Conditions
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Noelles Label is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses. If a package is:

Unclaimed or undeliverable:
Store credit will be issued for the product only (shipping excluded)

Refused at delivery:
Store credit will be issued once the item is returned (shipping excluded)

Marked as delivered by Knutsford Express, Get It Sent Courier, or DHL: Noelles Label is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If redelivery is requested, a new delivery fee must be paid before the item is resent.



Pickup Policy
We are an online-only business based in St. Catherine. In-person pickup is not available.

All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD). Accepted payment methods:

Bank transfer (JMD only, Jamaican customers)

Credit/Debit card

Cash on Delivery is not accepted
