We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected, including NDIS-related data, is used solely for service delivery and to meet legal requirements.
• Your information is confidential and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law.
• For NDIS participants, we may share details with your support coordinator to confirm funding eligibility.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery.
• Refunds: Services are non-refundable once cleaning has started. However, if you are not satisfied, we will offer a re-clean at no additional cost.
• Exclusions: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or excessive wear and tear on your sneakers.
3. Terms of Service
Emily Sneaker Laundry provides professional handwash sneaker cleaning services. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
• Service Coverage: We clean a variety of sneaker materials, including leather, canvas, and synthetics.
• Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to disclose any special cleaning requirements or known damages to your sneakers.
• Liability: We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, color bleeding, or weakened materials.
• NDIS Funding: For NDIS participants, funding must be confirmed before services commence. If funding is unavailable, payment is the participant’s responsibility.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up Policy
• Service Area: Pick-up and delivery are available within our designated service zones in New South Wales.
• Delivery Fees: Additional charges may apply for certain locations.
• Unclaimed Sneakers: Sneakers unclaimed after 30 days of notification will be donated to charity.
5. Donation Policy
Emily Sneaker Laundry accepts unwanted sneakers for donation. Donors will receive 50% off their next deep cleaning service.
• Eligibility: Sneakers must be in wearable condition.
• Discount Terms: The discount is valid for one-time use and applies to the next service only.
6. NDIS Participant Policy
We proudly support NDIS participants by offering accessible services.
• Funding Confirmation: We will contact your support coordinator to confirm funding eligibility.
• Private Payments: If funding does not cover the service, participants can pay privately.
• Compliance: We operate in alignment with NDIS principles to provide inclusive, participant-centered services.
7. Photo and Testimonial Policy
At Emily Sneaker Laundry, we may request your permission to use photos of your sneakers and testimonials for promotional purposes.
• Consent Requirement:
We will only use photos or testimonials with your explicit consent. Consent can be provided during the booking process or after service completion.
• Usage:
• Photos of your sneakers may be used on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials.
• Testimonials may be quoted in promotional materials, with your first name and last initial (e.g., Emily S.), unless you request to remain anonymous.
• Privacy:
• Photos will only feature your sneakers and no personal or identifiable information (e.g., items in the background).
• Testimonials will not disclose sensitive or private information without explicit agreement.
• Right to Withdraw Consent:
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at emilysneakerlaundry@gmail.com. If you request removal of a photo or testimonial, we will comply within 7 business days
