6. Passengers' Conduct

passengers, company staff, and the driver/operator.
6.2. Passengers must adhere to all safety instructions provided by company staff and
displayed within the vehicle.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger who
poses a threat to the safety or comfort of others.

7. Luggage and Belongings
7.1. Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and belongings throughout the
journey.
7.2. Passengers must ensure that their luggage is properly stowed and does not
obstruct walkways or emergency exits.
7.3. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to passengers' luggage
or belongings, except where such loss or damage is caused by the Company's
negligence.

8. Health and Safety
8.1. Passengers must not travel if they are unwell or experiencing symptoms of
illness, especially contagious diseases.
8.2. Passengers must comply with any health and safety measures implemented by
the Company, including but not limited to wearing face masks and practicing
social distancing where applicable.
8.3. The Company reserves the right to deny transportation to any passenger who fails
to comply with health and safety requirements.

time, including but not limited to changes due to weather conditions, road

agents, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses
arising from their use of the transportation services, including but not limited to
any violation of these terms and conditions.

shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or any other disruptions beyond its
control.
12.2. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience
arising from the acts or omissions of passengers or third parties.
