1. How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our online store. Once your order is submitted, we’ll confirm via WhatsApp.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Bank Transfer and Lynk. Payment details will be shared after your order is confirmed.
3. How is delivery done?
All orders are shipped using Zipmail (islandwide). This service delivers your package to your nearest post office, and you’ll be contacted when it’s ready for collection.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery via Zipmail typically takes 1–3 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
5. Do you offer pickup?
At this time, we do not offer pickup. All orders are shipped via Zipmail.
6. Do you accept returns?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
