Will I see the design before production?
Yes! All customized orders require design approval before production begins to ensure everything is exactly as you want.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment and design approval. Delivery timelines depend on your location.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver:
✅Within Nairobi: Same-day or next-day delivery
✅Outside Nairobi: 1–3 working days via courier
Do you offer urgent or same-day orders?
Yes, urgent orders are available depending on availability and may attract an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
✅M-Pesa
✅Half the deposit is required before processing begins.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
✅We do not offer refunds
✅Exchanges are allowed within 3 days for non-customized items only
✅Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error on our end
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before design approval. Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed.
What if an item is out of stock?

✅Offer a similar or better alternative

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information (names, messages, delivery details). We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect details provided.
