Milk and Manna – Terms & Policies

By placing an order with Milk and Manna, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.


📅 Order Lead Time

All items are made to order in small batches.
– Banana cakes require a minimum lead time of 3 days
– Brownies and Sushi Bakes require 1–2 days’ notice, subject to availability

We reserve the right to reject last-minute requests or accommodate them based on production capacity.


💳 Payment Terms

– Payment must be made in full to confirm your order.

– Accepted payment methods include PayNow, Bank Transfer or Revolut.
– Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
– Payment instructions will be provided onscreen when you order, and customers are responsible for submitting proof of payment.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the order without notice.


🚚 Delivery & Collection

– Delivery is facilitated via third-party courier services (e.g. GrabExpress, Lalamove or UParcel) and is chargeable to the customer based on delivery location.
– Customers may request assistance in determining the lowest delivery rate by submitting their postal code via WhatsApp.
– Milk and Manna shall not be held liable for any delays, damages, or loss incurred during third-party delivery.
– Self-collection is available by appointment in Woodlands, Singapore.


🧾 Cancellations & Order Changes

– As all bakes are made to order, we do not offer refunds for cancellations under any circumstances.
– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date may be eligible for a one-time store credit, which must be used within 30 days of the original order date.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery are not eligible for store credit, as preparation and ingredient costs would already have been incurred.
– Requests to modify an order (e.g. flavours, size, collection/delivery timing) must also be submitted at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

Milk and Manna reserves the right to decline modifications or requests that fall outside the stated policy.


⚠️ Allergens & Dietary Information

– Milk and Manna uses ingredients that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seafood.
– While all equipment and surfaces are cleaned regularly, Milk and Manna operates in a non-allergen-free home kitchen.
– Customers with severe allergies are advised to exercise discretion and inform us before placing an order. Milk and Manna shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions or health-related incidents.


🍯 Storage & Reheating Guidelines

Banana Cake & Brownies
– Store in an airtight container or refrigerator
– Best consumed within 2–3 days
– Reheat in airfryer / microwave for 10–15 seconds for optimal texture

Sushi Bakes
– Best enjoyed warm and fresh, straight after pickup or delivery
– If not consuming immediately, store in the fridge as soon as possible
– Reheat thoroughly before eating (oven-safe; cover with foil if using oven)
– Consume within 1–2 days for best quality

Instructions may be included with each order. Milk and Manna is not liable for any spoilage due to improper storage after collection or delivery.
