1. Are your bakes halal?
Milk and Manna is not a halal-certified kitchen, but we only use halal-certified ingredients and there's absolutely no pork, lard, or alcohol in anything we make. Everything is prepped fresh in a clean, home-based kitchen in Singapore 🧼✨

2. Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We can arrange delivery islandwide (to most places) in Singapore 🚚 We work with third-party couriers (like GrabExpress, Lalamove or UParcel), and the delivery fee is paid by you, based on your address.

Prefer to collect? You can also self-pickup in Woodlands– just give us a heads up so we can prep everything for you 💛

3. How early do I need to order?
All our bakes are made to order, in small batches, with love 💛
Here is a general guide:
– Banana Cake: 3 days’ notice
– Brownies & Sushi Bakes: 1–2 days (subject to availability)
If you are in a rush, message us—we’ll try our best if the oven’s not full!

4. Can I customise my order?
Yes! We love little custom touches 🍌🍫
Here’s what we currently offer:
– Banana Cake Add-Ins: walnuts or chocolate chips
– Banana Cake & Brownie Drizzles: Nutella, Biscoff, Peanut Butter
– Want two drizzles? Go for our Best of Both Worlds option!

5. Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Yes, we do! 🎁
Whether it is mini banana cakes for wedding favours, brownie boxes for corporate gifts, or a big tray of something comforting—just reach out!
We offer bulk pricing and can add custom touches (like gift tags or simple packaging) for your event. DM or WhatsApp us—we’d love to be part of your celebration 🥳

6. How do I store and reheat your bakes?
Banana Cake & Brownies 🍌🍫
– Keep in an airtight container or fridge
– Best within 2–3 days
– Reheat in the airfryer or microwave for 10–15 seconds to bring back that softness / meltiness
Sushi Bakes 🍙
– Store in the fridge
– Reheat in the oven until warm (cover with foil if you’re using an oven to keep it moist)
– Best eaten within 1–2 days
We’ll also include storage tips with your order so you won’t have to guess 😉

7. How do I pay?
Once you have placed your order, you can follow the instructions onscreen to make payment
We currently accept:
– PayNow
– Bank Transfer
– Revolut
Your order is only confirmed once payment is made—so don’t forget to send us that screenshot!
If you're facing any trouble at all, please feel free to WhatsApp us – we can also assist from there!

Sometimes yes! If we’ve made a few extra trays of banana cake or brownies, we’ll post it on Instagram Stories first 🍰
