Luceez – The Plus-Size Experience
At Luceez, every piece is carefully selected to celebrate confidence, comfort, and fit. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we operate a strict Exchange-Only Policy.
Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. EXCHANGES (NO REFUNDS)
We do not offer refunds.
We only allow exchanges within 5 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be returned within 5 days
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags must be intact
• Original receipt must be presented
• Item must be in original packaging
Once approved, you may exchange for:
• A different size
• Another item of equal value
• A higher-priced item (customer pays the difference)
2. ITEMS THAT DO NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGE
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:
• Underwear & lingerie
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear
• Shapewear & waist trainers
• Socks
• Accessories (earrings, jewelry, belts, etc.)
• Sale/discounted items
• Custom or altered pieces
No exceptions.
3. FOOTWEAR POLICY (BIG FEET COLLECTION)
Due to sizing sensitivity:
• Shoes must be tried on indoors only
• Soles must show no wear
• Box must be returned in good condition
Shoes returned with visible wear will not be accepted.
4. ONLINE ORDERS
For online purchases:
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of delivery
• Items must meet all exchange conditions above
We recommend confirming sizing with our team before purchase to avoid sizing issues.
5. IMPORTANT NOTES
• We do not accept exchanges after 5 days
• Items with perfume, deodorant stains, makeup, or body odor will not be accepted
• We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our standards
