LUCEEZ – EXCHANGE POLICY

At Luceez, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict exchange-only policy.



1. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

We only accept exchanges under the following conditions:
    •    Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
    •    All tags must be intact
    •    Items must not be damaged, stained, or altered in any way

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.



2. NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
    •    We do not accept returns
    •    We do not offer refunds (cash or transfer)

All approved cases will be handled strictly as exchanges.



3. EXCHANGES (SIZE OR STYLE)
    •    Exchanges are allowed for size or style, subject to availability
    •    If the requested item is unavailable, a different item of equal value may be selected
    •    If a higher-priced item is chosen, the balance must be paid



4. DELIVERY COSTS
    •    Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items for exchange
    •    Redelivery fees apply for the new item



5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL

All items will be inspected upon return.

Luceez reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the item does not meet the stated conditions.



6. IMPORTANT NOTICE ON FIT & SIZING

Our pieces are specially curated for plus-size customers. However:
    •    Fit may vary depending on individual body shape and proportions
    •    Customers are strongly advised to confirm sizing before purchase
    •    Our team is available to guide you prior to ordering
