Please read our policies carefully before placing your order. By ordering from Jollify you agree to the terms below.

1. Ordering

All orders are placed through our online menu. Once your order is submitted it arrives directly on our WhatsApp. We confirm every order within 5 minutes during operating hours. You will receive a confirmation message before we begin cooking.

Orders placed outside of operating hours will be confirmed the following business day.

2. Operating Hours

Monday โ€“ Friday: 11:00 AM โ€“ 9:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM โ€“ 9:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Last orders are accepted 30 minutes before closing time.

3. Delivery

Jollify delivers island-wide across Mauritius ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡บ

Estimated delivery time: 30 to 45 minutes after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during peak hours or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Delivery fees may apply depending on your location. The applicable fee will be communicated at order confirmation.

4. Payment

We currently accept:
- MCB Juice โ€” details provided at order confirmation
- Bank transfer โ€” details provided at order confirmation

We do not accept partial payments. Full payment is required upon delivery or before dispatch for bank transfers.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement at no charge. After cooking has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

6. Refunds & Complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order โ€” wrong item, missing item, or quality concern โ€” please contact us within 1 hour of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will review and resolve every complaint fairly and promptly.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared.

7. Allergens & Dietary Information

Jollify dishes contain peanuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, and soy across various menu items. Our kitchen is not allergen-free. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can advise you accordingly.

Jollify is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose known allergies prior to ordering.
