What We Cook
Every dish on the Jollify menu is built on an authentic Nigerian recipe refined through generations of cooking culture.
Smokey Jollof Rice — slow-cooked in a rich tomato and pepper stew, foil-sealed, and finished with the legendary bottom-pot scorch that no other rice can replicate.
Coconut Rice — fragrant long grain rice infused in full-fat coconut milk. Ivory-white, creamy, and deeply aromatic.
Nigerian Fried Rice — wok-charred, golden, packed with vegetables and chicken liver.
Beef and Chicken Suya — marinated in our house Jollify Yaji spice blend and fire-grilled. Served on parchment.
Peppered Chicken Thighs — boiled, grilled, and lacquered in a butter-finished Nigerian pepper sauce.
Signature Steak — dry-brined and pan-seared to order with your choice of glaze.
Cheesy Stuffed Cone Wraps — toasted tortilla cones packed with molten cheese and spiced filling.
Jollify Sweet — Chocolate Stuffed Cookie Pie, Fruit Brownie Bowls, and Biscoff Cream Slab Cake.
