I placed my order at Jollify at 11 a.m. and was told it would arrive within 2 hours. By 1 p.m., there was still no delivery, so I waited another hour before calling them. I called at least 6 times and was given different excuses, first that they had many customers, then that the driver was stuck in traffic in Rose Hill. My food finally arrived after 5 p.m., more than 6 hours after placing my order! To make matters worse, I was sick that day and had paid Rs 300 for delivery, which is quite expensive. They promised to refund my delivery fee, but 2 months later, I still haven’t receiv
