● Confirmed: Booking Will Be Considered Confirmed Only When Payment Is Successful And Confirmation Message/Ticket Is Received From Jhakaas Bus Holidays.
5. Cancellation, Refunds And Amendments

● Refunds: If Applicable, Refunds Will Be Processed in Accordance with the Cancellation Policy and May Take a Few Business Days to Reflect in Your Account. Convenience Fees and Other Non-Refundable Charges Are Non-Refundable.
● Amendments: Service Amendments (Date Change, Passenger Name Change) Are Subject to the Respective Service Provider's Policies and Availability. Additional Charges May Apply.

You Agree Not to Use This App for Any Illegal Purpose or in Any Way
That Could Harm Jhakaas Bus Holidays, Its Users or Any Third Party. Prohibited
Conduct Includes, But Is Not Limited To, The Following:
● Attempting To Gain Unauthorized Access To The App Or Its Related Systems.
● Interfering With The Proper Operation Of The App.
● Posting Or Transmitting Any Unlawful, Threatening, Abusive, Defamatory Or Obscene Material.
● Using The App To Send Unsolicited Commercial Communications.

All Content on the Jhakas Bus Holidays App, Including Text, Graphics, Logos, Icons, Images, Audio Clips, Digital Downloads and Software, Is the Property of Etiben Group or Its Content Providers and Is Protected by Indian and International Copyright Laws.

Although We Strive to Provide Reliable Services, We Are Not Responsible for Any Personal Injury, Death, Property Damage or Other Losses or Expenses Resulting from the Acts, Errors, Omissions, Representations, Warranties, Breaches or Negligence of Any Service Provider.
