Before Using Our Mobile App to Avail Our Services (Tour Packages, Trust Transport, Travel Loans, Travel Insurance, Distinction Winds, Cooperation), Please Read These Terms and Conditions Carefully. By Using The App, You Agree to Be Bound by These Terms and Conditions.
1. Banking And Payment
● Banking: All Banking Operations Must Be Done Through the App Only. Banking Is Subject to Confirmation of Availability and Full Payment.
● Payment: For Tour Packages and Transportation Services, A Certain Percentage of the Total Amount (Which May Vary as Per the Package) Will Be Charged as Advance Payment at the Time of Booking. The Remaining Amount Will Be Payable Before the Commencement of the Trip or Within the Time Limit Prescribed by the Company.
● Payment Terms in Respect of Travel Credit, Travel Insurance, Delivery Winding and Copayments Will Be Specified in the Respective Service Contracts.
● All Payments Will Be Made Through Secure Gateways. We Are Not Responsible for Any Unauthorized Transactions.
● Non-Payment May Result in Cancellation of Booking.
2. Cancellation And Refund
● Cancellation Requests: All Cancellation Requests Must Be Made Through the App or by Contacting Our Customer Service.
● Cancellation Fees: Cancellation Fees Will Be Applicable Based on the Time Between the Cancellation Date and the Travel Date.
● Tour Packages and Transportation:
■ 30 Days Before The Start Of The Trip: 10% Cancellation Fee Of The Total Amount.
■ 15-29 Days Before The Start Of The Trip: 30% Cancellation Fee Of The Total Amount.
7-14 Days Before The Start Of The Trip: 50% Cancellation Fee Of The Total Amount.
■ Less Than 7 Days Before Trip Start: No Refunds. ○ Travel Credits, Travel Insurance, Special Terms And Copiers: Cancellation And Refund Policies For These Services Will Be As Per The Respective Service Contracts Or Policies, Which Will Be Provided To You At The Time Of Booking.
● Refund Process: Eligible Refunds Will Be Processed Within 15-30 Business Days, And The Amount Will Be Refunded To The Same Payment Method From Which Payment Was Made. Bank/Payment Agent Fees May Apply.
● Force Majeure: For Trips Cancelled by the Company Due To Natural Disasters, Government Restrictions or Other Unforeseen Circumstances, We Will Attempt to Provide an Alternative Itinerary or Issue a Refund (Which Will Be at the Company's Discretion).
3. Changes To Services
● Changes By the Company: Jhakaas Bus Holidays Reserves the Right to Make Changes to the Itinerary, Hotels or Transport at Any Time Due To Unforeseen Circumstances (Such As Weather, Political Situation, Or Availability of Supplies). We Will Notify You of Such Changes As Soon As Possible.
If There Is a Significant Change, You May Be Offered an Alternative Option or a Refund (At the Company's Discretion).
● Changes By the Client: Any Changes to the Itinerary or Services May Be Made at the Client's Request, Subject to Additional Charges and Availability. All Change Requests Must Be Submitted in Writing.
4. Travel Loans and Travel Insurance
● Travel Loans and Travel Insurance Services Are Provided Through Third-Party Providers. The Terms and Conditions Relating to These Services Will Be Those of the Respective Providers. Jhakaas Bus Holidays Will Not Be Responsible for Any Dispute or Failure Relating to These Services, Although We Will Endeavour to Provide Assistance.
5. Specific Terms and Copyrights
● These Services Are Highly Customizable. Specific Terms And Conditions For These Services Will Be Determined Through Individual Agreements With Each Client.
6. User Conduct
● The App Shall Be Used For Lawful Purposes Only.
● The User Shall Not Attempt To Gain Any Unauthorised Access Or Misuse The App.
● Providing Incorrect or Misleading Information May Result in Cancellation of Booking And/Or Legal Action.
7. Limitation Of Liability
● Jhakaas Bus Holidays Shall Not Be Responsible for Any Indirect, Incidental, Special or Consequential Damages Resulting from The Use of The App or Our Services.
● Our Maximum Liability Shall, In Any Event, Be Limited to the Cost of the Service Paid to Us by the Client.
