Terms of Service

Welcome to Warren’s Repairs & Installation | It’s Homey. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. These are here to protect you, your items, and our team so that every experience is smooth, respectful, and satisfying for both sides.

Scope of Services
We specialize in diagnosing, repairing, and installing the following:
- TVs
- Fans
- Microwaves
- Amplifiers
- Monitor Boxes
- Other household and electronics (upon approval)

Our services are available for both homes and businesses in Negril and surrounding areas.

Operating Hours
We serve by appointment and in-store visits, during the following hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: Rest & Worship (We do not operate unless certain conditions apply)

Appointments outside these hours may attract an additional fee.

Drop-Off & On-Site Services
- Drop-off Location: Nonpariel Rd, Negril, Westmoreland. Across the main road of Texaco Gas Station.
- On-site services (home/business visits) are offered based on availability, job type, and distance.
- A transportation fee may apply depending on location.

Note: On-site service is not guaranteed and should be requested in advance.

Payment Policy
- A depositary/diagnostic fee is required before work begins.
- Full payment is required before any item is returned or delivered.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and online payment where possible.

🔒 No item will be released without full payment (unless certain conditions apply).

Repair Timeline
- Most repairs are completed within 2–5 business days, depending on the item and parts availability.
- If more time is needed (e.g. waiting for parts), we’ll contact you with an update.

We aim for clear and consistent communication to keep you informed at every step.

Unpaid Items & Storage Policy
- Items not picked up and fully paid for within 15 days of completion may attract a $500 JMD/week storage fee.
- Items left unpaid and uncollected after 30 days (expandable to 45 days) may be considered abandoned and will be handled at our discretion.

Warranty & Limitations
- All repairs come with a 7-day limited warranty (unless otherwise stated) that covers the original issue only.
- Warranty is void if the item is opened, tampered with, or damaged by the customer after repair.
- We are not liable for pre-existing or unrelated faults.

Respectful Communication
We treat every client with kindness and respect — and we expect the same in return.

We do not tolerate:
- Disrespectful or aggressive behavior
- Disregard for policies
- Last-minute cancellations or no-shows without notice

We're here to help, not to hustle.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms, behaves inappropriately, or fails to adhere to our payment policies.
