Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Options and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 business day after your order has been processed.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
We deliver via Knutsford Express to ensure a safe and reliable delivery experience. Packages are sent to the Knutsford location closest to you for convenient pickup.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over $10,000 JMD (before taxes and after discounts).
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at itshomeyy@gmail.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship ONLY within Jamaica at the moment.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- It’s Homey is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.
- If your package is damaged during transit, contact us at itshomeyy@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage for assistance.
Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Address changes cannot be made once your order has been processed.
