Hope Shines Bright: Our Happiness Policy on Returns & Exchanges

At Hope Shines Bright, we pour our heart into every design, and your happiness is our top priority. We believe in the power of a perfect fit and a flawless message. If you receive an item with a quality issue, we're here to make it right.

This policy outlines the conditions for returning and exchanging your HSB apparel. Please read it carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges only for issues related to a manufacturing or printing query. This includes defects in the garment, errors in the print, or a print that has been damaged during transit. We do not accept returns for changes of mind, incorrect sizing (please refer to our size chart before purchasing), or general wear and tear.

To be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in its original, brand-new condition.
It must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.

2. Return Timeframes by Region

The return period begins from the date of delivery.
Locally Delivered Products (Kampala Metropolitan Area): You must initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Regional & International Products: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these simple steps:
Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email at support@hopeshinesbright.com.
In your message, include your order number, a clear description of the manufacturing or printing query, and attached photos of the issue. The photos are essential for our team to assess the claim quickly.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

4. Inspection & Resolution

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm the manufacturing or printing query.
If Approved: We will notify you and proceed with your chosen resolution.
If Not Approved: The item will be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Exchanges: We will send you a new, identical item at no extra cost. This is our preferred resolution for quality issues.
Refunds: If an exchange is not possible, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping for Returns

In the case of a verified manufacturing or printing query, Hope Shines Bright will cover all costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for a courier pickup.
