Q: Where are Hope Shines Bright products made?
A: All our designs are created in Kampala, Uganda. For East Africa, products are printed and shipped directly from Kampala. For orders in the USA, UK, and India, we partner with local teams in NYC, London, and Bangalore who handle printing and shipping, ensuring faster delivery and supporting local operations.

Q: What is Hytribe.AI?
A: Hytribe.AI is our upcoming digital wellness tech platform, featuring an AI emotional support buddy. It's designed to help migrant workers and urban professionals struggling with loneliness and burnout. Your purchases directly fund its development!

Q: What are your shipping times?
A: Shipping times vary by region. For East Africa (Kampala metropolitan area), expect [1-3] business days. For USA, UK, and India, please allow [4-7] business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
