نعم، خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام، بشرط بقاء القطعة بحالتها الأصلية دون استعمال أو غسل أو تعديل أو تلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام. احتفظ بإثبات الشراء والملصقات والتغليف إن وُجدا، وتواصل معنا لتنسيق الإعادة. يعتمد البديل على المخزون، ولا نفرض رسوم إعادة تخزين طباعة تصاميم كتالوج المتجر لا تلغي حق الاسترجاع.

نعالج الاسترداد بعد استلام القطعة والتحقق من شروط الاسترجاع، عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو وسيلة أخرى نتفق عليها معك، دون رسوم إضافي، نبلغك عند التنفيذ، ويعتمد وقت ظهور المبلغ على البنك أو مزوّد الدفع.

How do I choose the right size?

Do you ship outside Kuwait
Yes. We shipping to available destinations worldwide, as advertised in the store. Any destination-specific conditions, import charges and responsibility for paying them are explained before your order is confirmed.
How long does preparation and delivery take?
Timing depends on the product and destination. We explain the estimated timeframe before confirmation. If a significant delay occurs, we contact you and explain the available options.
What currency and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). Available payment methods, the final total and any disclosed charges are explained before your order is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us promptly with your order number. Changes and cancellation depend on preparation and shipping progress. Once your order has shipped, our exchange and return policy applies.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, provided it remains in its original condition without use, washing, alteration or damage caused by misuse. Keep your proof of purchase, tags and packaging where available, and contact us to arrange the return. Replacements depend on stock, and we do not charge restocking fees. Printing a store catalogue design does not remove return rights.
What if my item arrives faulty or different from my order?
Contact us when you discover the issue with your order number, a description and photos if possible. We arrange a replacement or refund without charging you for correcting our error or the related return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
We process your refund after receiving the item and checking the return conditions. We use the original payment method or another method agreed with you, without additional refund fees. We notify you when it is processed; the time for funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
How do you use my personal information?
