1. General Returns (Change of Mind / Unwanted Goods)
We offer a 14-day return window for most items from the date of delivery (or collection), provided:
• The item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
• The item is in a resalable condition (not worn, washed, altered, or damaged).
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Note: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, including:
• Underwear, swimwear, lingerie, and personal care items.
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
• Perishable goods, food, beverages, or beauty products that have been opened.
• Software, digital downloads, gift cards, or vouchers.
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
If your return does not meet these criteria, we may refuse it or offer a partial refund/store credit at our discretion.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the CPA, you have stronger rights for faulty goods:

4. How to Initiate a Return
