📍 Pickup
Orders can be collected from our store:
Opposite Invincible Park, Fish Market, Liberia.
Please confirm your order is ready before pickup.
🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
💳 Store Credit
Where an exchange is not possible, store credit may be offered.
❌ Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos.
Once verified, we will provide an exchange or store credit.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not exchange worn earrings, used/damaged items, personalised items or items showing signs of wear.
