Flo Jamu is brewed fresh every Saturday for collection/delivery on the same day.
How should I store my order & how long can I keep them?
Different goodies have different needs. Please follow the storage instructions provided on your product label or care card.
- Floaf: Store at room temperature in an airtight container, away from heat & moisture. Best enjoyed within 2-3 days for that fresh, tender crumb. For longer keeping, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
- Fudge: Store at room temperature in an airtight container, away from heat & moisture. Enjoy within 3-4 days for that soft, fudgy bite. For longer keeping, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
- Fluff: Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. For the best crisp, light & chocolatey bite, enjoy within 1-2 weeks.
- Flo (jamu): Refrigerate promptly, keep chilled and shake well before drinking. May store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, or freeze for 1 month.
Once your order has been received, do ensure proper storage & consumption according to the instructions provided.
If something looks, smells or feels unusual, please don’t consume it. When in doubt, leave it out!
What if I have concerns about the quality?
Please DM/WhatsApp us as soon as possible if you have concerns. Share your order number, a description of the issue & clear photos where relevant. Keep the product & packaging while we look into it.
We’ll review the circumstances fairly & discuss the next steps with you. Proper storage is important, but we’re always happy to hear you out if something doesn’t seem right.
Do your products contain allergens?
Our kitchen handles wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts and other potential allergens. Cross-contact may occur during preparation, hence we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please reach out to us before
placing your order.
Are your products halal?
FLOAVESZ is 100% Muslim-owned & we only use halal-suitable ingredients in all our products.
Can I place an order as a gift?
Of course! 🤎 Please indicate that your order is a gift at checkout & provide the recipient’s name where requested, so we can prepare the gift or care card accordingly.

For customised orders, parties, gifts, events or larger orders, do DM/WhatsApp us with what you have in mind!
