Can I cancel my order?
We understand that plans change! Since our products are made to order, cancellation requests are assessed based on how far along preparation is.
Please DM/WhatsApp us as soon as possible. Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible. We’ll review your request & confirm what options are available.
Are refunds available?
Change-of-mind cancellations, missed collections & failed deliveries caused by circumstances within the customer’s control may not qualify for a refund.
If we need to cancel your order or cannot fulfil it, we’ll arrange an appropriate refund or alternative with you.
If your order is incorrect, damaged or potentially unsafe, please contact us promptly.
