🚚 When will my order arrive?
All cookies are freshly baked and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery then takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location (via DHL or Lalamove partner couriers).
You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Our cookies are baked fresh without preservatives, so you can enjoy them at their best quality.

Unopened (sealed box): Up to 3 weeks from delivery date.
After opening: Best enjoyed within 7 days.
Store at room temperature in an airtight container.

🔥 Cookie Care — How to Store & Reheat (Levain, Fill'd Signature and Gourmet Cookies ONLY)
Keep your cookies fresh and gooey with these simple steps:
Storage
Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
For longer storage, refrigerate up to 7 days or freeze up to 1 month (sealed in a zip bag).
Reheating
Oven: Preheat to 180°C and warm cookies for 2–4 minutes for a freshly baked texture.
Microwave: Heat for 15–20 seconds for soft, gooey centers.
Tip: Let cookies cool slightly before biting — the chocolate will be perfectly molten! 🍫

Yes — every order is carefully packaged to ensure your cookies arrive safely and beautifully.
Each box is cushioned and sealed to minimize movement and breakage during transit.
However, once parcels are handed over to the courier, handling is beyond our control.
All sales are final and non-refundable once dispatched.
