Appointment Policy (Malaysia experience centre only)
1. Appointments are highly recommended.
2. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
3. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled session.
4. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to avoid affecting other guests.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
6. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
7. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
8. No-shows may forfeit their booking deposit.

Full payment is required upon completion of your wellness session.
Herbal Bath Safety
Our herbal baths are prepared using carefully selected natural herbs based on traditional wellness principles.
Please inform our wellness therapist if you: (Malaysia experience centre only)
1. Are pregnant or breastfeeding
2. Have heart disease
3. Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
4. Have open wounds or severe skin conditions
5. Have known allergies to herbs
6. Have recently undergone surgery
7. Are currently receiving medical treatment (e.g. high blood, chemotherapy)

3. Maintain personal hygiene before treatments.

7. Please obtain permission before photographing staff or other guests.
Gift Vouchers
1. Valid until the expiry date stated.

Refund Policy
1. Wellness sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
2. Unused products may be exchanged only if:
a. They remain unopened.
b. Original packaging is intact.
c. Returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.
