How to Perform a Patch Test:
1. Choose a small area of skin – the inside of your wrist, forearm, or behind your ear is ideal.
2. Clean the area with mild soap and water, then pat it dry.
3. Apply a small amount of the product (a dab the size of a pea).
4. Do not wash it off for at least 24 hours (unless irritation occurs).
5. Monitor the area over the next 24–48 hours for signs of:
• Redness
• Itching
• Burning
• Rash or bumps
• Swelling

🚫 If any of these signs appear, do not use the product on larger areas.

This is especially important for products with essential oils, botanical ingredients, or active ingredients.
