## Returns & Refunds
At Crew Mates Hub we deliver directly to your vessel and you pay only on delivery — so the best time to check your order is the moment it arrives.
Check your order on delivery. Before you pay, please inspect everything with our delivery crew. If an item is missing, wrong, or damaged, tell the crew straight away — we will correct it on the spot or adjust the amount you owe.
Fresh food, prepared meals, and tobacco. For health and safety reasons, perishable food, cooked meals, and tobacco products cannot be returned or refunded once they have been accepted and the delivery boat has departed.
Electronics and sealed goods. If a tech item (speakers, headphones, and similar) arrives faulty or stops working on first use, contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp with your vessel name and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund, normally on your next port call where possible.
Cancelling an order. You can cancel free of charge any time before your order leaves for delivery. Once the delivery boat has departed for your vessel, we may not be able to cancel, as costs have already been committed.
If anything is wrong with your order, message us — we will always work with you to make it right.
## Privacy Policy
What we collect. To process your order we collect your name, phone number, email (if you provide it), vessel or ship name, delivery port and zone, your order details, and any messages you send us through WhatsApp or Telegram.
How we use it. We use your information only to confirm and deliver your order, coordinate with port agents and boat operators, contact you about your order, and improve our service.
What we do not do. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share only the details necessary to deliver your order — for example, your vessel name and delivery zone with our boat operators.
Payment information. We accept cash on delivery only. We do not ask for, process, or store credit card or bank account details.
Messaging apps. Most contact happens over WhatsApp and Telegram. These services are run by third parties and have their own privacy policies.
Your rights. You can ask us to view, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us at themate@crewmateshub.com or on WhatsApp.
Keeping your data. We keep order information only as long as needed for our records and any legal requirements.

About us. Crew Mates Hub is a ship-to-shore delivery service supplying provisions and supplies to vessels at Port Said East, Port Said West, during Suez Canal transit, at the Anchorage Area, and at OPL (Offshore Pilotage Limits).
Placing an order. You can order through our website or on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it directly with you.
Prices. All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). We work to keep prices and availability accurate, but we may correct any errors before your order is confirmed.
Payment. We operate on a cash-on-delivery basis. You pay when your order reaches your vessel — no advance payment and no card details are required.
Delivery. Delivery depends on your vessel's schedule, port authority permissions, weather, and sea conditions. Please book 2–3 days before arrival where possible. We will do our best to help with urgent requests but cannot guarantee exact timing. Delivery fees, minimum orders, and free-delivery thresholds are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Age-restricted products. Tobacco products are sold only to customers who are of legal age. By ordering tobacco you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.
Things outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by events beyond our control, such as port closures, authority decisions, weather, or last-minute changes to a vessel's departure.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Updates. We may update these policies from time to time. The version published on this website is the one that applies.
