🧺 Laundry Items
- Service is for standard NSF laundry only
• Please do not include valuables, documents, electronics, sharp objects
• Special items (admin attire, delicate wear) must be declared — surcharge may apply
We are not responsible for undeclared special items.
đź‘ś Laundry Bags
- Use only our issued laundry bag
• Overstuffed, soaking wet, or torn bags may be rejected or charged extra
• Each bag is processed as one load
⏱ Turnaround Time
- Standard service: 48 hours
• Urgent service (same/next day) is subject to cut-off & availability
• Delays due to force majeure (locker fault, weather, machine breakdown) will be notified
đź‘• Loss, Damage & Wear
- We take care, but minor wear & colour fading may occur
• Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of collection
• Liability (if any) is capped at 2× service fee for that load

- All payments are cashless
đźš« Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to:
• Refuse unsafe or unsuitable laundry
• Suspend service for repeated misuse or abuse
