Q. What exactly does your service do?

A. We provide a weekend laundry service specially designed for NSFs. Simply hand over your laundry during book-out, and we'll wash, dry and fold it before returning it prior to your next book-in.

Q. Why should I use this service?

A. Our service helps save valuable weekend time. Instead of spending part of your weekend washing and folding clothes, you can focus on resting, spending time with family and friends, or handling other personal commitments.

Q. Is this service only for NSFs?

A. Currently, our program is focused on NSFs due to the regular book-out and book-in schedule, which allows us to provide a consistent service.

Q. How do I contact support?

A. You may contact us by replying directly to your booking confirmation via WhatsApp. Please include your name, collection date and order reference. This helps us assist you faster.

Q. Can my whole platoon use the service?

A. Yes. We are actively exploring group and platoon sign-ups. Please let us know the estimated number of interested personnel and we can discuss suitable arrangements.

Q. How do I place an order?

A. Scan the QR code on our marketing brochure, it will direct you to our official page where you can drop your orders, make payment and schedule your laundry collection on your book-in day. You’ll receive a WhatsApp confirmation message with the confirmation and details.

Q. When is the cut-off to book?

A. Our brand ambassador will be stationed near to bus bay@ BMT Pasir Ris. Approach them for onboarding as well as laundry dispository.

Q. Is there a minimum order?

A. No minimum. Pricing is based on per laundry bag.

Q. Can I book for multiple weekends?

A. Yes—schedule multiple weekends in advance (e.g., every book-out). We’ll reconfirm each cycle closer to the date in case your timing changes.

Q. Where do I hand over my laundry?

A. Laundry collection can be done right upon your book out .Our brand ambassador will be stationed near to bus bay@ BMT Pasir Ris. Approach them for onboarding as well as laundry dispository.

Q. What are the collection timings?

A. Upon checking out your purchase cart, you are able to schedule your laundry collection date and time. Collection timing is generally aligned with Sunday evening book-in timing, from 4pm till 8pm, with 30 minutes intervals to choose from.

Q. What if I miss the collection timing?

A. Depending on availability, we may arrange an alternative meetup OR shift your laundry to the next collection cycle. Storage or additional handling fees may apply for extended holding.

Q. When will my laundry be ready?

A. You will receive a WhatsApp message notice that your order fulfillment status is “Ready”.

Q. How much does the service cost?

A. Our current rate is at a flat fee of $12 per laundry bag. Any promotional packages or updates will be communicated through our official channels

Q. How do I make payment?

A. We currently support PayNow, Stripe and Bank transfer.

Q. What if my laundry load exceeds 1 laundry bag capacity?

A. You might want to consider remove certain items or purchase additional laundry bag from us.

Q. Can I cancel my booking?

A. If processing has not started, we can convert to credit for next cycle. Once laundry processing has started, refunds may not be available.

Q. Is there a monthly plan that I can sign up for?

A. We will be launching monthly plans soon.

Q. What items can I include in the laundry bag?

A. Most customers include:

Q. Will my laundry be mixed with others?

A. We have a bag identification and tracking process in place to ensure each customer's laundry remains properly accounted for throughout the service cycle

Q. What detergent do you use?

A. We use standard commercial laundry detergent. If you have sensitive skin or specific requirements, please inform us during booking. Alternative detergent options may be limited.

Q. Do you provide ironing?

A. Package only includes washing, drying and Inspection-ready folding, ironing is not included.

Q. What if an item is lost or damaged?

A. We take reasonable care in handling all laundry.

If there are any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items, together with:

- Description of issue

We will investigate and resolve the matter fairly where appropriate.
